RETURNS:

On-Site or Store Purchases

To return an item to us, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags and parts attached. Damaged or altered items will not be accepted for return unless approved by our team. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the date the order is available for pickup or date delivered. Please note, final sale items are not eligible for return and include any item discounted 30% or more, as well as, intimates, swimsuits, makeup, gift cards, bodysuits, leggings and home decor. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. All returns will be store credit only. No cash back.

Holiday Returns

Holiday gifts ordered after November 15, 2026 are eligible for returns until January 10, 2027. Must comply with our full return policy. See our full return policy for details.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and can not be returned or refunded.

Return Request Process

All returns may be brought back to us in store or sent to the below address using the trackable shipping method of your choice. Please include a copy of your package slip within your return and retain your tracking number for your records. Your returned items will be reviewed upon receipt back to our store to ensure they are in line with our return policy. If approved, we will issue you a store credit for the value of your return within 3 business days of receipt. You may also bring your returned items to the storefront during open business hours. Please bring a copy of the receipt or packing slip.

Shipping and handling on your original purchase is non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective and previously approved by our customer care team. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS                       

We try hard to deliver great quality pieces. If for some reason, there is a defect in the item please bring it into the store or email us a picture of the defect immediately to jboutique815@gmail.com. You must notify us of a defect within 5 business days of purchase or delivery date.
